Refunds & Returns

Rays of Earth operates in accordance with the return and refund terms outlined below.

 

1. Returns Period

Return requests must be submitted within 14 days of delivery.

Requests made outside this period are not eligible for a refund or exchange.

 

2. Return Eligibility

To be eligible for return or exchange, items must be:

• unworn, unwashed, and in original condition

• with hygiene liners and original tags fully intact

• returned in original protective packaging

• accompanied by the original Rays of Earth swim pouch

Items that do not meet these conditions will be refused.

Items marked Final Sale are not eligible for return, refund, exchange, or store credit unless faulty.

 

3. Return Authorisation

All returns must be authorised before being sent.

To request a return or exchange, please email hello@raysofearth.com with your order number and reason for return.
You will then receive return instructions.

Unauthorised returns may be refused.

 

4. Return Shipping

Customers are responsible for arranging and covering the cost of return shipping for all returns and exchanges.

We recommend using a tracked service, as Rays of Earth is not responsible for items lost in transit and cannot process a refund or exchange without receiving the item.

Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

For orders that qualified for complimentary shipping, if returned items bring the remaining order value below the free shipping threshold, the original shipping cost will be deducted from the refund.

 

5. Exchanges

Rays of Earth offers one complimentary exchange per order on eligible items.

• Customers are responsible for return shipping to us

• Rays of Earth covers the cost of sending the replacement item

Any additional exchanges are subject to both return and re-shipment costs.

 

6. Refund Processing

Once your return is received and inspected, you’ll be notified of approval or refusal.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method within 7 business days.
Please allow up to 14 days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.

Refunds are issued to the original payment method only.

 

7. Refused Returns

Returns may be refused if, including but not limited to:

• evidence of wear, washing, staining, odour, or damage

• missing or removed hygiene liners or tags

• missing original packaging or swim pouch

Refused items will not be refunded or exchanged.

At the customer’s request, refused items may be returned at their expense.
If return shipping is not arranged within 14 days, items may be responsibly disposed of in line with Rays of Earth’s sustainability practices.

Rays of Earth reserves the right to refuse returns in cases of suspected misuse or abuse of this policy.

 

8. Missing Swim Pouch

If the original Rays of Earth swim pouch is not included in a return, a £15 replacement fee will be deducted from the refund.

 

9. Faulty or Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged or with a manufacturing defect, please contact hello@raysofearth.com within 14 days of delivery.

Approved claims will be replaced or refunded at Rays of Earth’s discretion at no additional cost.

Damage caused by wear, misuse, improper care, or handling after delivery is not considered a fault.
